Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is a remote‑first SaaS provider enabling digital banking for U.S. financial institutions. The Deal Desk Analyst supports deal pricing, documentation, quote creation, and contract coordination across the quote‑to‑cash process.

You will partner with Sales, Rev Ops, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure deals align with policies and are executed accurately, while building deal‑support capabilities and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of deal desk, sales operations, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn SaaS pricing, deal structures, and contract basics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate standard deal requests including quoting, pricing configuration, and order form preparation.
• Review submissions for completeness, policy compliance, and routing before analyst review.
• Support senior analysts on complex deal packages with data gathering and documentation.
• Serve as the first contact for standard Sales inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and product configuration.
• Maintain deal records across CRM/CPQ systems; manage Jira tickets with EA.
• Assist with contract and order form administration including version tracking.
