Job summary

Alkami Technology is expanding its remote-first US team and seeking a Lead Deal Desk Analyst. You will own the review, structuring, and approval of complex, high-value deals and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to optimize terms, margins, and velocity.

The role requires independent judgment, strong stakeholder influence, and mentoring of IC1/IC2 teammates. FinTech SaaS experience and knowledge of Salesforce CPQ are essential. Salary range $98,000-$123,000, remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deal desks in a fast-growing SaaS/FinTech company.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, ASC 606, and contract processes.
• Ability to navigate complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, structuring, and approval of the most complex, high-value deals.
• Mentor IC1/IC2 teammates and act as informal team lead.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts needing bespoke terms.
• Develop and refine internal deal desk processes with leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal on negotiations and redlines.
• Evaluate deal economics, margins, payment terms, and revenue impact.
• Maintain the deal approval matrix and governance cadence with growth.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and period-end deal management.
• Represent Deal Desk in cross-functional initiatives like product launches.
