Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is looking for a Commercial Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) to focus on applying the Danaher Business System across sales regions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales management and demonstrate a strong capability to lead using data-driven insights.

This role supports regional sales executives, ensuring the effective use of DBS tools and practices. The successful candidate will also promote the company culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, management, operations, or a role dedicated to improvement.
• Demonstrated use of Danaher Business System Fundamentals.
• Ability to travel 35% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Govern Regional Commercial Kaizen & Problem-Solving funnels.
• Manage Commercial DBS Certification Pipeline.
• Teach DBS and nurture DBS culture.
• Drive DBS fundamentals into the commercial organization.
• Oversee deployment of commercial DBS tools.
