Motion Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Dayforce Recruiting Implementation Specialist for a contract role. Remote from EST/CST preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing the Dayforce Recruiting module.
• Direct involvement in at least two full Dayforce Recruiting implementation lifecycles.
• Experience gathering requirements from recruiters, hiring managers, HR, compliance and IT stakeholders.
• Experience translating recruiting requirements into Dayforce configuration.
• Hands-on experience configuring recruiting processes, workflows and approvals.
• Experience with requisition templates, application forms, candidate profiles, candidate pipelines and disposition processes.
• Experience configuring interview, evaluation and hiring processes.
• Experience with offer management and approval workflows.
• Experience configuring security roles, access controls and organizational hierarchy.
• Experience developing and executing testing/UAT activities.
• Experience supporting cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Experience administering Dayforce Recruiting in a live production environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage implementation deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the full Dayforce Recruiting implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements and process-design workshops.
• Translate business requirements into Dayforce Recruiting configuration.
• Build recruiting workflows, approval processes and role-based security.
• Coordinate and execute testing and UAT.
• Support data migration, integrations and validation activities.
• Prepare cutover and go-live activities.
• Provide hands‑on hypercare and issue resolution.
• Administer and enhance Dayforce Recruiting after launch.
• Maintain system documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
