Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Ceridian Dayforce HR Specialist to join on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on configuring Dayforce modules, building forms, workflows, and release through production, with ownership from requirements to testing.

You will work across HR workflows, compensation, approvals, and other critical processes, testing changes, documenting results, and supporting releases.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years hands-on Dayforce configuration experience.
• Experience configuring at least three Dayforce modules, including HCM/Core HR.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, document, and release Dayforce enhancements across HR modules.
• Build forms, workflows, and approval chains with proper field logic and routing.
• Create and maintain approval hierarchies, delegation rules, and backup approvers.
• Implement compensation configuration changes: pay structures, salary ranges, earnings, and eligibility.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support releases.
