Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Datacenter Technician to manage Lithia Springs and remote data centers, implementing ITIL-based incident, problem and change processes. You will act as a technical lead for Data Center Services and CRES during emergencies and routine operations, analyzing trends and coordinating with IT teams to maintain performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to analyze risks and trends in data center operations.
• Experience configuring devices for initial installation and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Operate data center processes and procedures per ITIL.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point during emergencies.
• Track metrics and provide management with trend analysis.
• Develop and implement data center scalability and resiliency strategies.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams for changes and incidents.
• Mentor staff in data center and IT processes.
