Brooksource is seeking Data Center Operations Technicians to support a large-scale, enterprise data center in Lithia Springs, GA. The role starts with a structured training period and leads to long-term night shift placement with potential for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities include advanced server hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, rack/stack activities, and incident response in a high-availability data center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center environment or strong hands-on IT infrastructure support.
• Server hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise hardware components (CPUs, GPUs, OS).
• Ability to work independently and own technical issues.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-urgency environment.
• Willingness to transition to night shift after training.
