Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Data Center Technician II in Atlanta, GA to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will create and maintain documentation, and share knowledge with junior staff, while working autonomously and supporting small local projects.

The role requires basic to intermediate system administration skills and the ability to automate tasks with scripts. Onsite work and a collaborative team environment are emphasized in the company culture.

Role Overview

As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team, tasked with troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. This role involves creating and maintaining documentation for supported technologies and effectively passing down knowledge to junior staff. The position requires the ability to work autonomously to resolve most support issues and to execute small projects independently.
