Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a high-impact Program Director to lead end-to-end execution of flagship Datacenter projects across North America, including Canada and the US. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership managing complex projects, programs, or business segments in a comparably sized organization.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year, multi-regional projects with large-scale budgets ($1B+).
• Strong background in complex technical environments, including grid and system studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale datacenter projects across North America.
• Own program budget, drive cost control and profitability.
• Interface with hyperscalers and developers; manage governance structures.
• Oversee all technical and operational work packages in line with standards.
• Coordinate multi-country supply chain and regulatory compliance.
• Influence future datacenter orders during ITO stage for growth.
