• High school qualification or equivalent with 1 year in datacenter construction or similar environments.
• 1+ year end-to-end delivery experience of complex datacenter projects with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of construction management, including cost, schedule and safety management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for clear project updates.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities across engineering, R&D, finance, product rollout, and datacenter construction projects.
• Develop and maintain best practices for cost-effective solutions.
• Manage vendor contracts and integration with internal partners to support project delivery.
• Drive scalable solutions for construction and operations projects with alignment to goals.
• Provide weekly project progress reporting and KPI metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead RFPs and project approvals (RFPs, PERs) and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor safety, schedule, budget, and risk; identify delays and mitigation strategies.
