MGAC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager to lead critical environments projects, including data centers, hospitals, and labs. You will own project scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to keep projects on track.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environments, and MEП experience in ground-up builds, with strong communication and leadership skills to grow

Formación

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years in critical environment construction (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor/Associates or equivalent in construction discipline.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ambitious, growth-minded and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full scope of projects and manage multiple components.
• Mentor teams, and oversee schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning.
• Maintain client vision as trusted partner.
• Coordinate with clients, A&E pros, contractors, vendors.
