Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Databricks Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our Data & AI Practice. Remote-first role embedded with enterprise clients, delivering data pipelines, GenAI workloads, and platform modernization on Databricks.

You will design, implement, and migrate complex workloads, partner with executives to translate challenges into scalable solutions, and mentor engineers while expanding client value across healthcare, retail, and financial services sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering, ML, or solutions architecture experience.
• 3+ years of deep Databricks ecosystem experience (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Spark/PySpark).
• Practical GenAI/ML deployment, RAG pipelines, and end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Strong cloud architecture skills across AWS or comparable clouds.
• Experience migrating enterprise data warehouses/l lakes onto Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on solution architecture, engineering, and deployment of data/AI workloads.
• Lead enterprise customer delivery with executive-slevel engagement.
• Migration of legacy estates to the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Guide GenAI adoption, model fine-tuning, and MLflow/Databricks Mosaic integrations.
• Drive platform adoption and growth; mentor junior engineers and architects.
