Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc is seeking a Databricks Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our Data & AI Practice. You will design scalable data foundations, deploy GenAI solutions, and migrate workloads onto the Databricks Lakehouse while engaging executive client leadership.

You will mentor engineers, drive adoption, and contribute to reusable accelerators, working remotely in a national footprint and collaborating with cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, ML, or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years deep technical Databricks ecosystem experience.
• GenAI/ML: building RAG pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs, ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade data pipelines and analytics.
• Lead enterprise client engagements with technical leadership.
• Migrate legacy workloads to Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• Guide GenAI adoption, model fine-tuning, and MLflow/Databricks Mosaic AI integrations.
• Drive platform adoption and identify high-value use cases across accounts.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable delivery accelerators.
