Gainbridge, part of Group 1001, seeks a senior data leader to translate strategy into actionable data, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will own the domain-level demand gate, ensure insights move into decisions, and partner with engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will shape AI agendas, foster data literacy, and collaborate across teams to ensure adoption and governance of analytic solutions that impact growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Business acumen for direct-to-consumer financial services.
• Track record of leading data or insight work with measurable business impact.
• Analytical fluency to interpret data and models critically.
