You will own the last mile of analytics, partnering with data and engineering teams to ensure insights actually influence the business decisions.

The role emphasizes business acumen, demonstrated track record in data-driven impact, and strong communication with senior stakeholders across the direct-to-consumer financial services

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of a direct-to-consumer financial services business and its growth model.
• Track record of leading data or insight work with measurable business impact.
• Ability to interrogate data and models and interpret them soundly.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Gainbridge's strategy into a prioritized set of data/analytics/AI problems and own the call on what to solve.
• Turn data and models into a narrative that informs decisions and drive action.
• Own the last mile by embedding insights into workflows and decision moments.
• Shape and govern where AI/applications are worth applying and collaborate with engineering on production.
