You will own the domain decisioning, guide AI-enabled insights, and partner with data and engineering to drive measurable impact across direct-to-consumer financial services.Your role focuses on translating strategy into prioritized data initiatives, ensuring insights are adopted in real workflows, and balancing technical depth with business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Translate Gainbridge's strategy into a prioritized data/analytics/AI roadmap.
• Turn data and models into narratives that influence specific business decisions.
• Own the last mile—ensure insights are adopted into actual workflows and decisions.
• Shape the AI governance and roadmap for domain outputs.
• Co-own use cases with data and engineering teams and ensure joint accountability.
