Job summary

Acxiom is seeking Jr. Enterprise Solutions Engineers to learn enterprise solutions engineering with guidance from senior engineers. You’ll translate client business goals into scalable data and mar-tech solutions, support discovery, and contribute to solution narratives from day one.

The role focuses on building expertise across data, identity, and mar-tech offerings, while working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in Martech, Adtech, or a data-focused role.
• Foundational understanding of data concepts such as data pipelines, identity resolution, or analytics.
• Comfort with AI tools and a demonstrated interest in applying them to everyday work.
• Understanding of pre-sales mechanics, deal strategy, pricing inputs, and RFP/RFI processes.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, outcome-focused terms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with expert engineers to translate client requirements into viable solutions.
• Produce first-draft materials for RFPs/RFIs, client presentations, and solution narratives.
• Build demos and proof points that showcase Acxiom's capabilities.
• Conduct client, competitive, and market research to inform solution design.
• Maintain solution documentation and organize deal and solution artifacts.
