Acxiom is seeking a Jr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer to work remotely from Conway, Arkansas.

You will collaborate with sales, client partners, and product teams to translate client goals into scalable data and mar-tech solutions, with a focus on AI-enabled research and storytelling. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in Martech, Adtech, or data-focused roles.
• Foundational knowledge of data concepts such as data pipelines, identity resolution, or analytics.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, outcome-focused terms.
• Comfort with AI tools and applying them to daily work.
• Experience with pre-sales mechanics, RFP/RFI processes, and solution storytelling.
