Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Jr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer in the United States to help translate client goals into scalable data and mar-tech solutions. You’ll work with sales, client partners, and delivery teams to uncover requirements and draft effective documentation from day one.

You will contribute to discovery, solution design, and demos, while learning Acxiom’s data offerings and identity capabilities to deliver measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Martech, Adtech, or a data‑focused role.
• Foundational understanding of data concepts such as data pipelines, identity resolution, or analytics.
• Comfort with AI tools and a demonstrated interest in applying them to everyday work.
• Understanding of pre‑sales mechanics and how deal strategy, pricing inputs, and the RFP/RFI process work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with expert and principal solutions engineers to uncover technical and business requirements for clients, analyzing challenges and translating them into effective solutions.
• Capture and synthesize discovery notes, requirements, and client inputs into clear, usable documentation for the broader solutions team.
• Produce first‑draft materials for RFPs/RFIs, client presentations, and solution narratives.
• Build demos and proof points that showcase Acxiom’s capabilities and bring solutions to life.
• Conduct client, competitive, and market research to inform solution design and positioning.
