Ophelia is seeking a Data Scientist for a fully remote role. You will build statistical and ML models for forecasting business operations and marketing, driving data-driven decisions across clinical, commercial, and operations domains.

• 3-5+ years of applied data science with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, experimentation, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with Python data stack (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and forecasting methods.
• Experience deploying models into production with monitoring and retraining strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Predictive & statistical modeling to inform clinical and business strategy.
• Experimentation & causal inference to measure true impact.
• Productionalizing models into pipelines (BigQuery, dbt, Dagster) with monitoring and drift detection.
• Translate open clinical and operational questions into well-scoped analyses.
• Cross-functional partnership with Clinical, Commercial, and Business Ops teams.
• Champion rigorous, evidence-based decision-making across the team.
