CHG Healthcare is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. You will design, build, and validate ML models that help Sales and other business partners make better, faster decisions, turning raw data into reliable features and communicating results clearly.

You will own projects from question to production with light guidance, collaborate with data engineers and analysts, and help teammates grow in an agile environment that respects CHG data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Statistics/Data Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of building and validating ML or statistical models.
• 3–5 years of Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• 3–5 years of SQL experience with medium to complex queries.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Master’s degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science preferred.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate machine learning and statistical models that solve defined business problems.
• Explore large datasets to find trends and insights, partnering with data engineers to refine features.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure impact of data-driven initiatives.
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders to support decisions.
• Work with engineers, product managers, and business partners in an agile environment to deploy models into products and processes while following CHG data privacy and security standards.
