Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will create ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data products, integrating data from multiple sources and building self-service tools for end-users.

You will work under an Associate Director and make independent decisions while aligning with Humana's data strategy and goals in a dynamic healthcare environment. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical data reporting experience.
• 1+ years in SQL or SAS.
• 1+ years in Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivots, charts).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Develop and maintain report forms, dashboards, and data generators.
• Prepare report specifications based on business requests.
• Align work with department and organizational goals.
• Make independent decisions on work methods within guidelines.
