Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional to support remote data delivery. You will integrate data from multiple sources, program reports, dashboards, and automated tools, enabling end-users with self-service insights.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting and requires strong SQL/SAS, Power BI, Excel, and Office skills. The position is fully remote with standard M-F hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern). Travel limited and eligibility for a bonus plan is noted.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
