Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will integrate data from multiple sources, program reports, dashboards, and end-user data portals while interpreting business requests.

Required: 1+ years in data reporting, SQL/SAS, Power Apps/Automate/BI, and Excel. Travel occasional; 40 h/week; EST hours. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage and a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivots, charts and graphs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and dashboards for end users.
• Possibly write specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department and organizational goals and linkages.
• Make decisions on work methods with minimal direction and guidance.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures.
