Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote position. You will collect, integrate, and prepare data, develop dashboards and automated reports, and support end-users with self-service tools.

Weekly hours are 40, and the role reports to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in data reporting, SQL/SAS, Power Platform (Power BI/Apps/Automate), Excel and MS Office, plus experience building automated reports.

Qualifications

1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS.
1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
Follow established guidelines/procedures.
