Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking an entry-level data analyst to support the Mortgage Lending Division by producing routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts with accuracy. This remote role focuses on learning internal systems and key metrics while following procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of data analysis, reporting or BI experience.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to understand business metrics and reporting needs.
• Maintain regularly scheduled reports and automate where possible.
• Validate data and analyze all report data for accuracy.
• Support operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts.
• Document procedures and processes for assigned reports.
• Conduct manual data review to answer business questions or audits.
• Learn business context to better serve internal customers.
