Carrington Mortgage Services is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to support the Mortgage Lending Division by producing routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts with accuracy and timeliness. The role focuses on learning internal systems and key performance metrics while following procedures to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The target pay range is $62,000 to $75,000, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to understand metrics and reporting needs.
• Maintain regularly scheduled reports and automate where possible.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy across reports.
• Support ad-hoc data extracts and documentation of procedures.
• Conduct manual data reviews to answer business questions.
• Learn internal systems and gain business knowledge.
