Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking an entry-level data analyst to support the Mortgage Lending Division by producing routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts with accuracy and timeliness. You will learn internal systems and key performance metrics while following established procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills required.
• Knowledge of basic statistics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to understand business metrics and reporting needs.
• Maintain regularly scheduled reports and automate as appropriate.
• Perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Support operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts.
• Document procedures for assigned reports.
• Conduct manual data reviews to answer business questions or identify trends.
• Gain business knowledge to better serve our business customers.
