Job summary

Ladders seeks a Data and Quality Manager to oversee data collection, governance, and quality management that underpins performance measurement and operational decision-making. You will build reporting protocols, dashboards, and scorecards to help leadership monitor service timelines, compliance, and KPIs.

This remote US-based role partners across multidisciplinary teams to improve reporting accuracy, strengthen accountability, and support services that impact vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing data collection and quality management activities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools; proven data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with federal programs or large-scale nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, governance, and quality management activities.
• Develop and implement reporting protocols and performance measurement processes.
• Monitor KPIs, service timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Create executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Conduct analyses to inform decision-making and improve operational performance.
