Job summary

Kiewit's Quality Analytics team is seeking a mid-level Solutions Developer to transform complex operational data into actionable insights that improve project performance. You will design dashboards, integrate data from Snowflake and other systems, and deliver scalable analytics for field teams, district leadership, and corporate stakeholders.

The role blends technical depth with business understanding, focusing on governance, data quality, and standardized reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years building BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and reusable datasets.
• Knowledge of data modeling and BI best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for quality performance.
• Retrieve, integrate, validate, and transform data from Snowflake and other systems.
• Develop scalable Power BI reports with semantic models and reusable datasets.
• Build analytical solutions using SQL, Excel, Power Platform, and Python.
• Collaborate with Quality leaders to translate operational needs into KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify data inconsistencies and develop governed solutions to improve data quality.
• Validate reporting outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support data governance by documenting definitions and standards.
