Ladders seeks a Data Excellence Manager to lead initiatives that improve customer data quality across a major Finance & Insurance organization. You will build the operating rhythm, roadmap, and execution plan to scale data quality improvements while partnering with leadership, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on measurable outcomes, cross-functional coordination, and translating data issues into business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or management consulting.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and ensure execution of solutions.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple stakeholders and escalating issues to leadership.
• Strong willingness to engage in hands-on work while also leading efforts.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team focused on improving customer data quality.
