Qualifications

• 8+ years in data quality with leadership experience in pharma or life sciences preferred.
• Strong grasp of data quality dimensions, validation methods, and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into data quality requirements and scalable practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance enterprise data quality standards and policies.
• Establish scalable quality rules, scorecards, and frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data quality requirements.
• Embed data quality controls throughout the data lifecycle.
• Lead monitoring and performance tracking for critical data assets.
• Drive data quality issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering for automated quality checks.
