The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will lead data testing strategy, SQL/database validation, ETL testing, and data-flow testing across healthcare programs.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3 years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• 3 years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; ability to coach QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.

Aufgaben

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships and communicate quality status to executives.
