Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement, maintain, and support data protection infrastructure and applications across on-premises and cloud environments. You will work with DLP, DSPM, and de-identification solutions, collaborating with senior engineers to ensure secure data handling.

Requirements include 5+ years in data protection, security analysis, and DLP policy management, with proficiency in PowerShell and Python. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Data Loss Prevention.
• 5+ years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software.
• 5+ years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain components of the data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions for on-prem and cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies including sensitive information types and exception lists.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root cause analysis.
