Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to own the implementation, maintenance, and operational support of the data protection stack across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will work with senior engineers to deploy DLP and DSPM solutions, tune detection, and manage de‑identification workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in DLP, information security, and policy management, plus hands‑on scripting in PowerShell or Python to automate tasks and support scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention.
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis.
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software.
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain components of data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions for on‑prem and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies and tuning parameters.
