enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and maintain its data protection infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments, including DLP, DSPM, and de-identification solutions. Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Requires 5 years of experience in Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 5 years deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software
• 5 years creating and managing DLP policies
• Preferred 3 years of experience with at least two programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, BASH, PowerShell)
• 3 years designing and providing architectural support for two cloud providers (GCP, AWS or Azure)

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain components of the data protection infrastructure across platforms, deploying DLP, DSPM, and data de-identification solutions.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions across on-prem and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies across platforms, including sensitive information types and tuning parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data protection incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to data protection projects with testing, implementation, and documentation tasks.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to improve deployment and maintenance of data protection software.
• Collaborate with team members to expand knowledge in data protection technologies.
• Stay current with data protection tech and evolving compliance requirements.
