Highmark Health seeks a Data Protection Engineer to implement, maintain, and support data protection infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). You will configure DLP/DSPM, develop de-identification solutions, and contribute to policy tuning and incident resolution.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention.
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis.
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software.
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies.
• 3 years of experience with at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, BASH, PowerShell).
• 3 years of experience with architectural design/support for cloud providers: GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of HITRUST CSF, NIST 800-53/83, PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, ITIL 3
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of Information Security, Governance, Risk and/or Compliance, Information Technology or Business Analysis with at least 3 years of hands-on Engineering principles
• Master's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field

Aufgaben

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors.
• Configure and maintain DLP, DSPM, and data de-identification solutions.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Configure data protection policies, tune detection, manage exception lists.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data protection incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and documentation of data protection projects.
• Improve efficiency with PowerShell, Python scripts and follow coding standards.
• Stay current with data protection technologies and compliance requirements.
