Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to deliver data and identity products globally. You will lead product strategy across the B2B suite, align with engineering, analytics, and design teams, and define requirements from stakeholders from SMB to Enterprise.

This remote/hybrid role emphasizes data-centric solutions and a strong focus on product lifecycle management. You will own the backlog, drive quarterly OKRs, collaborate on launches, and ensure KPIs such as revenue and adoption meet targets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data or data products.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns and guides product roadmap from conception to end of life.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing to execute plans.
• Manages backlog with user stories, requirements, prioritization.
• Establishes quarterly OKRs and product KPIs.
• Monitors performance and drives improvements based on metrics.
• Works with privacy, legal, and compliance teams.
• Mentors less experienced associates.
