Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to drive data and identity products for data-centric businesses globally. You will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial offerings and support the data culture across teams.

You will own the product lifecycle for Acxiom's B2B Suite, defining requirements, building roadmaps, and partnering with engineering to deliver value and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or information-intensive environments.
• Proven knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom's B2B Suite from conception through end of life.
• Gather and define requirements from stakeholders and prioritize into a roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute plans.
• Own day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance.
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders for launches and adoption.
