Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Director of Data Platforms & Architecture in the United States. You will lead multiple teams, define enterprise data platform strategy centered on Databricks, and drive Azure modernization across large programs with AI and analytics. This remote US role centers on governance, security, and scalable cloud roadmaps.

You will mentor senior architects, set standards, and translate business goals into reusable architecture patterns and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

12+ years delivering enterprise-scale solutions in data, cloud, or analytics.
7+ years in solution architecture leading multi-team programs.
10+ years in data platforms, data engineering, or consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.
Deep expertise with Databricks and lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple delivery teams and managers with emphasis on health and alignment.
Define modernization blueprints and reusable patterns across data, apps, and AI.
Own enterprise data platform strategy centered on Databricks and lakehouse architectures.
Guide Azure modernization, AI adoption, and program roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Mentor architects and engineers and drive architectural standards.
