Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Manager, Care Management Data Analytics to lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives that support operational excellence and better member outcomes.

You will oversee predictive modeling, machine learning, automated data pipelines, and reporting, while guiding a team of data analysts and collaborating with clinical, IT, and BI stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Math, or similar with computational modeling focus.
• 6+ years in advanced data analytics or data science, incl. 2+ years predictive modeling or ML in healthcare/large ops.
• Translate business problems into analytical requirements and problem statements.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and preprocessing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics frameworks for Care Management.
• Advance from descriptive to predictive analytics to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Partner with Care Management leadership to identify opportunities for data science impact.
• Oversee statistical programming and ML approaches to detect trends and risks.
• Guide development of models and automated pipelines for dynamic intelligence.
• Ensure methodologies meet accuracy and reliability standards.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and development for data analysts.
