Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support on a range of activities including drafting responses to congressional correspondence, requests for information, unit-specific taskings and documentation for senior leadership.
• Pull data from data systems including ServiceNow, MS SharePoint and MS Power Applications.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards, and responses to data-specific taskings.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with federal law enforcement managers and subject matter experts.
• Analyze, interpret, and convey complex mission-related policies, procedures, and programs clearly.
• Track and report progress of written tasks, subtasks, and reports.
• Assist clients and team members with ad hoc requests including research and process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information for timely responses to requests and assignments.
• Facilitate needs and challenges faced by clients; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
