Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE with data analytics, policy review, and reporting. The role is fully remote within the Continental United States, with occasional in-person work in Washington, DC as needed.

The analyst will use Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps to create datasets and dashboards, produce tasking responses, and communicate findings to senior leadership. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support across diverse activities including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and information requests.
• Pull data from systems such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Build data sets and dashboards using Power BI to support tasking and reporting.
• Develop relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts to inform analyses and recommendations.
• Translate complex policies into clear, succinct language for senior leadership.
