Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE activities. This fully remote role is available CONUS with occasional in-person work in DC. The candidate will manage data analytics, congressional responses, and executive tasking while collaborating with federal managers and SMEs.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience and strong Power BI skills. Experience in a fast-paced US government environment is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support for congressional responses.
• Pull data from ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards and tasking responses.
• Build relationships with federal managers and SMEs.
• Interpret and convey complex mission policies clearly.
• Track progress of high‑profile tasks and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvements and fast projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
