Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support program management, tasking execution, and policy reporting for DHS ICE. The role is fully remote and available to candidates within the Continental United States, with in-person work in DC as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, and experience in a dynamic US government environment. Salary ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience (or commensurate experience).
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.
• Ability to translate mission needs into tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support for senior leadership responses.
• Pull data from ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards and tasking responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal managers and SMEs.
• Convey complex policies in clear, succinct language.
• Track progress of high-profile tasks and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research, process improvements and fast-paced projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
