GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support program management, tasking execution, strategic planning, policy review, metrics generation and reporting for ICE within DHS. This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in CONUS, with occasional in-person DC work as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Power BI, data analytics, and US government environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor with 5+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.

Mansioni

• Provide data analysis and communications support on a range of activities including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and requests for information.
• Pull data from systems such as ServiceNow, MS SharePoint and MS Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards, and responses to data-specific taskings.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts.
• Convey complex policies and programs using clear language.
• Track and report progress of tasks and reports.
• Assist clients with ad hoc requests including research and process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests and assignments.
• Facilitate needs and challenges faced by clients and recommend solutions.
• Support cross-discipline team members to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Develop and disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
