Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support program management, tasking execution, policy review, and metrics reporting for ICE. This role is fully remote within the continental United States with occasional in-person work in DC.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a US government context, plus proficiency with Power BI and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI to build data sets and dashboards.
• Experience in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support including drafting responses to congressional correspondence and data taskings.
• Pull data from systems like ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Applications.
• Use Power BI to build dashboards and respond to data-specific taskings.
• Build relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts.
• Convey complex policies and programs in clear language.
