GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE initiatives. The role focuses on data analytics, policy review, and executive tasking responses, with remote work available across the United States.

Responsibilities include drafting responses, building dashboards in Power BI, and coordinating with federal managers and SMEs to deliver timely information and solutions in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 5+ years of work experience (or commensurate experience)
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment

Responsabilités

• Provide data analysis and communications support, draft responses for leadership.
• Pull data from data systems including ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Apps.
• Use Power BI to build data sets, dashboards, and responses to data taskings.
• Build relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts.
• Explain complex policies clearly to stakeholders.
• Track and report progress of tasks and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc research and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information for timely responses.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Ensure cross-discipline teams stay on track with requirements.
