Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE with program management, data analytics, policy review, and executive tasking responses. The role is fully remote nationwide within the Continental US, with occasional in-person work in DC as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience and Power BI proficiency. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced government environment and obtain DHS clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 5+ years of work experience (or commensurate experience)
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience working in a dynamic, quick turn US government environment

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support for senior leadership responses
• Pull data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps
• Use Power BI to build dashboards and data sets
• Collaborate with federal managers and SMEs to gather information
• Track and report progress on tasks and reports
• Assist with ad hoc research and process improvements
