Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Data, Communications, and Policy Analyst to support DHS ICE with program management, data analytics, policy review and reporting. This fully remote role is available to candidates within the CONUS, with occasional in-person work in DC as needed for priority tasks.

The role involves drafting responses, building data sets and Power BI dashboards, and coordinating tasking responses for senior leadership while ensuring timely, accurate reporting across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working in a dynamic US government environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and communications support on congressional correspondence, information requests, and senior leadership taskings.
• Pull data from systems like ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Apps; build datasets and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with federal managers and subject matter experts; translate complex policy information into clear visuals and reports.
